Our company is  locally based in Delaware and made up of three professionals with many years of varied experience which consist of experience in three major areas:  Real Estate, Computer Software and most importantly, Journalism.

 

Our goal is to provide a cost efficient service which assists real estate agents in marketing their listings to all agents selling in Sussex/Kent County.
 
Real estate experience is a must when delivering real estate content in meaningful, informative and attractive flyers to all real estate agents in Sussex/Kent County, Delaware.  To this end, one of our principals is one of the premier brokers in Delaware and has been a top-producer for many years.  She is one of the few realtors with 40 years in the real estate industry and has been designated by the National Association of REALTORS® as REALTOR® EMERITUS.
 
Writing clearly and having significant internet experience is also important in presenting content on real estate flyers, post cards and newsletters.   Our second principal has a BS in Journalism from the University of Delaware and has over seven years of marketing experience with MBNA America Bank, N.A. .  She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant for the last four years for one of the top 10 real estate teams in Sussex County.
 
Lastly, our third principal has 30+ years in the computer industry in many technical and management areas, most recently working in website development, email systems and database design.
 
This strong management team is utilizing cloud computing to support our expanding email marketing services.
